October, 1999 - Hazox Corporation, a recognized worldwide leader in Environmental and Regulatory Compliance software, announces that it has entered into a strategic alliance with Formation Systems Inc., a leading provider of Product Development software solutions for formula-based manufacturers. The first deliverable is to jointly develop a high performance interface product that will vastly simplify integration of Hazox's Environmental Management System (EMS) with Optiva^TM, Formation's leading-edge product development software suite. The EMS/Optiva interface product will automate and streamline the transfer of environmental and regulatory compliance information with the formulation process.
