Through
a variety of reports, worksheets and lists, this application may be used
for traditional SARA reporting as well as for operations management.
When interfaced with a company’s inventory information, significant
clerical and professional time can be saved.
Chemical
Information Master Database
The heart of the Chemical Reporting application is a database containing
basic information about each chemical, with an unlimited capacity for
user-defined data elements. This information is required for compliance
tracking and reporting, and includes CAS Number, designations for
mixtures, components and trade secrets, specific gravity, hazard class
and mixture/component keys.
Stock
Number Cross Reference
Item master or recipe numbers from your inventory system can be cross
referenced to chemical names for compliance tracking and reporting usage
by location or work center.
Facility
and Location Information
The system provides records for tracking the material balance of
chemical products for SARA Tier I and Tier II reports. Through the
inventory interface, units of measure, average daily balances, maximum
quantities on hand, usage, and days on site are derived from the
inventory system’s transaction history.
Hazardous
Component Tracking
The system provides the ability to report by mixtures as a whole or by
components of that mixture. A chemical information record may be
established for each hazardous component, and that component tied to the
parent. This relationship may be established down to the pure,
reportable chemical, and tied to appropriate regulatory lists for
compliance reporting.
LOLI™
(List of Lists International)
Hazox has made arrangements for incorporating the LOLI database
developed by ChemADVISOR, into its Chemical Reporting application. The
LOLI database contains information for more than 10,000 chemical
substances. During quarterly updates, reports are generated showing how
newly regulated or deregulated chemicals impact your reporting
requirements. This application has various search and reporting
functions as a standard part of the Hazox application.
Extensive
Reporting
Many regulatory and management reports are provided including SARA Tier
II and Form R worksheets, Volatile Organic Compounds usage &
emissions, usage by chemical class, TSCA registration, various database
reports, and compliance with various state regulations.
Extensive
Customer History Tracking
Customer Service and Quality Assurance departments often need to
investigate the history of MSDS activity to support customer requests.
The MSDS Dispatch system tracks all activity automatically, and provides
a flexible reporting facility to help answer these requests.
